Stat of the day: Employment Tribunal statistics – April to June 2013

There are lots of stats around today, but I’ve chosen employment tribunals for this quarter (i.e. from April to June 2013) as disability discrimination had the highest average award at £16,320. It was actually the highest by quite a way – the next highest award was for sexual orientation discrimination at £10,757.
